How to Sign In
Option 1: Sign In with Email
- Go to caplayground.pages.dev/signin
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
- You’ll be redirected to the success page
Option 2: Sign In with a third party provider (Google, GitHub, Discord)
- Go to caplayground.pages.dev/signin
- Click on one of the options under the email sign in section.
- Follow instructions on the third party provider sign-in page.
- You’ll be automatically signed in and redirected to the success page.
If you signed up with an email, using a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, or Discord) with the same email will connect to the same account.
If authentication is disabled in this environment, you’ll see a “Sign in disabled” page. The rest of the site still works without accounts. You do not need to worry about this if you are using the production domain.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t remember your password:- Go to caplayground.pages.dev/signin
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password (at least 6 characters long)
- Sign in with your new password
Password reset links expire after a certain time. If your link expired, request a new one.
If authentication is disabled for this environment, the password reset page will show that password reset is disabled.
Stay Signed In
CAPlayground keeps you signed in automatically:- Your session persists across browser tabs
- You’ll stay signed in even after closing the browser (unless you sign out)
- Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security
- Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar of the home page.
- Click Sign Out
- You’ll be signed out and redirected to the homepage
Troubleshooting
”Invalid email or password”
This error means your credentials don’t match: Solutions:- Double-check your email address for typos
- Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password
- Try the Forgot Password option to reset your password
- If you signed up with a third-party provider, use that provider’s button instead
”Email not verified”
If you signed up with email, you need to verify your email address:- Check your inbox for the verification email
- Click the verification link
- Try signing in again
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Request a new verification email
- Contact support support@enkei64.xyz if you still can’t find it, or report the issue on the CAPlayground Discord server.
”Too many attempts”
For security, sign-in attempts are limited: Solutions:- Wait a few minutes before trying again
- Use the Forgot Password option to reset your password
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
”Account not found”
This means no account exists with that email: Solutions:- Check your email address for typos
- Try signing in with a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, Discord) if you used that method
- Create a new account if you haven’t signed up yet
Can’t access your email?
If you can’t access the email associated with your account:- Try signing in with a third-party provider if you linked one (Google, GitHub, Discord)
- Contact support support@enkei64.xyz for help recovering your account
- Create a new account with a current email address
Account Security
Keep Your Account Safe
Best practices:- Use a strong, unique password (8-20 characters)
- Don’t share your password with anyone
- Sign out on shared or public computers
- Keep your email address up to date
Suspicious Activity
If you notice suspicious activity on your account:- Change your password immediately
- Sign out of all devices
- Review your account settings
- Contact support support@enkei64.xyz if needed
