CAPlayground accounts are free! No payments are required at all.

How to Sign Up

Option 1: Sign Up with Email

  1. Go to caplayground.pages.dev/signin
  2. Click Sign Up or the sign-up tab
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Create a strong password
  5. Click Sign Up
  6. Check your email for a verification link
  7. Click the verification link to activate your account
  8. You’ll be redirected to your Dashboard
Use a password manager to create and store a strong, unique password!

Option 2: Sign Up with a third party provider (Google, GitHub, Discord)

  1. Go to caplayground.pages.dev/signin
  2. Click on one of the options under the email sign up section.
  3. Follow instructions on the third party provider sign-in page.
  4. Authorize CAPlayground to access your account
  5. You’ll be automatically signed in and redirected to the success page.

After Signing Up

Once you’ve created your account:
  1. Complete Your Profile
    • Set a username
    • Update your preferences in the Account Options section of the Dashboard. (optional)
  2. Explore Features
    • Connect Google Drive (optional)
    • Submit your creations to the community (soon)

Account Security

Password Requirements

For email sign-up, your password should:
  • Be at least 6 characters long
  • Be at most 20 characters long
  • Be unique (not enforced but recommended to not use the same password on other sites)

Email Verification

After signing up with email:
  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from CAPlayground
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Your account will be verified.
Didn’t receive the email?
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try signing up again

Troubleshooting

”Email already exists”

This means an account with that email already exists:
  • Try signing in instead
  • Use the “Forgot Password” option if you don’t remember your password
If you signed up with an email, using a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, or Discord) with the same email will connect to the same account.

”Invalid email address”

Make sure you’re entering a valid email format:
  • Example: user@example.com
  • Check for typos
  • Use a real email address you can access

”Password too weak”

Your password needs to be:
  • At least 6 characters long
  • At most 20 characters long

”Verification email not received”

If you don’t receive the verification email:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait a few minutes (it may be delayed)
  3. Try signing up again with the same email
  4. Contact support support@enkei64.xyz if the issue persists, or report the issue on the CAPlayground Discord server.

Privacy and Data

What we collect:
  • Email address (for account access - you signing in)
  • Username (for your profile)
  • Account preferences
What we don’t collect:
  • Payment information (accounts are free)
  • Unnecessary personal data
  • Your wallpaper projects are private by default
Data security:
  • Your password is encrypted (we can’t read it)
  • Projects are stored in Google Drive if Cloud Projects are enabled (optional)
  • We never share your data with third parties
